By registering, accessing, or using the MCWCasino platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. This agreement is binding and takes effect immediately.

• Does not have an active MCWCasino account or has not had one previously closed due to fraud

MCWCasino reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Required documents may include a national ID, bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and freezing of any remaining balance.

Each user is only allowed to hold one account only on the MCWCasino platform. Holding multiple accounts is not permitted under any circumstances and constitutes a serious violation of these terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account, whether with or without your knowledge

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed one time only by each new user
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user
• Wagering using cash only (not bonus funds) counts as 100% towards rollover requirements

In the following situations, MCWCasino reserves the right to void a game round and refund the bet amount:

• Account sharing: Allowing others to use your account
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or using specific wagering techniques solely to meet rollover requirements without genuine intent to play
